All menus are customized to your specific needs and can be adjusted weekly. Below are 2 examples of menus you could request.

Meals may be prepared in individual servings, batches to mix and match the individual protein, vegetables, grains and sauces, or both!

Your dietitian & personal chef can create unique menus for a majority dietary needs/preferences.

*Groceries are subject to change. Many clients report lowered grocery bills and less waste due to purchasing of whole foods and utilizing pantry/refrigerator items.
Sample Menu 1 :
4 different dishes, 22 total meals​
Tier 1 service fee: $60/hr plus groceries*
Time is money and Americans spend close to an hour daily on meal prep and cleaning. Not to mention the mental load of planning. What could you do with 7+ hours back in your week?
Breakfast Entree:
Homemade gluten free seeded loaf with strawberry chia jam and hard-boiled eggs
(8 servings)
Lunch/Dinner Entrees:
Roasted salmon with tomato and shallot confit and herbed brown rice
(4 servings)
Grilled Chicken with basil lemon quinoa and mixed roasted vegetables
(4 servings)
Grass-fed beef enchilada bake with roasted peppers and onion and cilantro lime crema

5 different dishes, 20 meals and
8 snacks
Tier 2 service fee is $80/hr plus groceries*
Tier 2 includes dietitian managed care. This service is helpful for weight loss, athletic training, specific health conditions and recovery.

High protein banana oat pancakes with blueberry yogurt sauce
